Why is the website for downloading exe files for the OPENVINO toolkit not working?

I need to download the exe file as soon as I can. Is this part of the Intel problem or what? this is very inconvenient, might as well shut down the download page.

The page looks like this, like seriously?

If you really need to download Windows 10 OpenVINO installer immediately, please use this download url. (It should skip the registration process).

 

Would you kindly continue your discussion in this thread?

This issue does not happen to everyone, thus we would require some additional information to help you.

 

If you could share any error message from your browser on the console tab it would help to.

Could you help to inspect the page? (Ctrl+Shift+I or right click and click inspect for Chrome).
