Demo batch file error

I installed Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ toolkit 2018 R4.

The batch files in `deployment_tools\demo` folder use `%USERPROFILE%` environment variable which is usually expanded to `C:\Users\username\` directory.

I installed the toolkit to D: drive because I don't have much space in C: drive and that resulted in error. :(
