Failed to launch OpenVino Notebook

My client is able to SSH to Devcloud to run oneAPI sample from the console but not able to launch OpenVINO notebook. Is anything wrong with their Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome browser?

I would like to check if your client SSH into the DevCloud OneAPI system?

After verifying with your client, He is ssh to DevCloud oneAPI system. 

For your information, launching OpenVINO notebook from DevCloud oneAPI is not possible since both DevCloud oneAPI and DevCloud for edge operate on different systems. 

so my advice is to transfer the OpenVINO work to DevCloud for edge and launch Jupyter notebook from there.
