Gvametapublish with mqtt causing pytho error segmentation fault

Hi,

DLStreamer version : dlstreamer:2022.3.0-ubuntu22-gpu555

Inferencing device - CPU only

We have been facing a Fatal Python error: Segmentation fault crash issue when gvametapublish with the following parameters in our pipeline while trying to start and stop multiple pipelines.

gvametapublish address=localhost:1883 topic=inferenceEvent method=mqtt

Please note that the crash backtrace does not give current-thread trace which makes it difficult to debug the issue.

We tried only gvametapublish without the mqtt method and did not see the above crash.

Have me missed any parameters or any suggestions to resolve the issue.

Warm Regards,

Karthick

Hi, could you share your use case details for us to replicate?:

  1. Steps that you did to infer/etc till the point of error
  2. Relevant neural network model files
  3. Relevant custom code (if any)

Hi Iffa,

So far we have not been able to reproduce the issue in our custom code. We can close it for now, and I will re-open when I have the code ready.

Thank you.

Warm Regards,

Karthick
