Have Movidius show up as a graphics card that can be used by the browser?

Hello!

I've built some models in deeplearnjs - https://deeplearnjs.org/

I'm wondering if there is a way to make the Movidius show up as a device that will then make it used by this library?

I'm on Ubuntu 17.10 on a Lenovo X1 5th gen.
