How to know the value of register GLTLAN_MIN_MAX_PKT for 710 NIC

Hello,

I'm checking the document of

https://cdrdv2-public.intel.com/332464/332464_710_Series_Datasheet_v_4_1.pdf

And found following statement "A single send packet or large send segment that is not
between min / max sizes defined in the GLTLAN_MIN_MAX_PKT register.";

Would like to know if i40e support to read this register? or if any default value for this register?

Thanks,

Mark
