I can not Download OpenVino Network Error

I have tried and tried again to simply Download the OpenVino Exe. All I get is network errors.

Can someone PLEASE contact support and send me a link so I can download OpenVino for Windows, Mac and Linux.

I have tried and all I get is errors when I try and download. It is pretty sad and lame that I can not even download a simple exe.

Can someone PLEASE help me. Thanks.
