Installation timing out for python server (Open vino installation)

Hi, 

I am unable to get past install_prerequisites.bat. It tries to retrieve from python network, but times out. Desperately seeking some help on this.

I have followed the instructions below. I even tried reinstalling and installing again. Still doesn' work.

Microsoft Visual Studio* with C++ 2017 , with MSBuild, and the Build tools for Microsoft Visual Studio 
CMake* 3.4 or higher

Python* 3.6.5 with the Python libraries, 64-bit 
IMPORTANT: As part of this installation, make sure you click the option to add the application to your PATH environment variable.

Pulkit are you behind a network proxy ? The only reason install_prerequisites.bat would time out is if network connectivity can't be  established.

Thanks for the tip. It seems it doesn't work inside Intel or at home with VPN.

At home without VPN it seems to work.

How do I disable the proxy to make it work at Intel office?
