Is there any way to retrain the openvino models

Hi

Is there any way to retrain the openvino models for new classes. Lets say I go with person detection model. Can I retrain the model for cat detection also.?

Is there a way to retrain/fine-tune models that are not listed in 'training_extensions' repo? For example that one: person-vehicle-bike-detection-crossroad-1016?
