MOVIDIUS development under OPenVIMO

Hi I have a MOVIDIUS USB and can do some development with the Movidius SDK ( impressive in its own right).

1) Can  Movidius SDK ( useful for inference ) functionality be achieved with the OpenVIMO toolchain?

2) Is there a tool chain that enables user development on the MOVIDIUS device beyond the scope of MOVIDIUS SDK?
