Movidious stick cap will not come off

I have a movidious stick I cannot remove the USB cap ...any ideas

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Referring to the image that you've posted, there's a gap between the Movidious stick and the cap. Could you please insert the tip of the flathead screwdriver or slotted screwdriver into the gap and push the cap away from the Movidious stick?
