NCS2 Continuous Operation - Failed to read output from FIFO: NC_ERROR - Movidius Myriad X

We are using the NCS2 for our application which operates continuously for more than 24 hours. Failed to read output from FIFO: NC_ERROR error happens very sporadic and cant be reproduced. This error stops sadly the wohle process.

We are a bit frustrated into what will cause this error to appear after a variable amount of time. Could this be caused be inconsistent power supply?

Did you also receive the E: [xLink] error with the error message? This might happen due to a power delivery issue to the NCS2. Here are some steps you could try to solve it:

1. Please ensure that your NCS2 is connected securely to the USB port.
2. Connect NCS2 directly to a USB 3.0 port instead of a USB hub.
3. Connect NCS2 to a powered USB hub.
4. Disconnect other unnecessary devices from the USB ports.
