NCS2 stick is getting heated

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have recently purchased NCS2 sticks for our project deployment, Object detection and tracking, when we execute it on 3 mins video, the stick gets too hot , we intend to run the project on a 24-hour live feed, suggest me some method how can we control the temperature of the stick?

Hi,

The ideal operating temperature of the Intel Neural Compute Stick 2 is between 0°C to 40°C with the maximum internal temperature being 70°C. Can you please provide more information about your system? Are you using a USB powered hub or plugging directly into your computer?
