New OpenVINO Notebooks the Flex140 fail bechmark apps for 230-yolov8-optimization

Hi Team,

Recently I git clone the latest OpenVINO notebook for testing. OpenVino version=2023.3.0.

Using the 230-yolov8-optimization for testing. 

Error when running the benchmark apps fail, refer to attached picture.

Tested if using CPU is working, just device select Flex140 fail only.

And I tested the older version which mean OpenVINO version =2022.0.0, it works fine for the 230-yolov8-optimization.

Have you all verified the latest OpenVINO notebook with Flex140 GPU?

Thank you for your patience.

For your information, this is a known issue and we already have a fix merged as mentioned in this Pull Request:

https://github.com/openvinotoolkit/openvino/pull/22094

As such, you will need to build the OpenVINO package from source (master branch) or wait for the next OpenVINO runtime package release which will include the fix.
