Hi Pei,
I just tested the OpenVINO toolkit for Linux download link and it's working for me. Is there an error you are seeing?
And, just wonder if there is ubuntu 19.04 support for OpenVINO now?
The OpenVINO toolkit currently supports Ubuntu 18.04.

Jesus

Hi JIA, Pei
Not sure what the issue could be here, I have tried Chromium/Firefox/Edge as well and I cannot reproduce the problem. If possible please try a different browser and re-test the site, let us know if the issue persists.
Regards,
Luis

I had this issue - it was caused by blocking the name tags.tiqcdn.com on my DNS. Temporarily whitelisting this name allowed the registration page to load correctly.

Hi all, good night!
Here I have openVINO R3.1 on Ubuntu 19.04. For while working perfect.
I only change the information on file /etc/lsb-release for Ubuntu 18.04 before install and after install all
tools return all information for the same file.
Before install the file was that:
cat /etc/lsb-release
DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=18.04
DISTRIB_CODENAME=bionic
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 18.04"
After install return for original:
cat /etc/lsb-release
DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=19.04
DISTRIB_CODENAME=disco
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 19.04"
So that!
All the best,
