OpenVINO Toolkit - Download Page not working

As of 1st May 2020, page https://software.intel.com/en-us/openvino-toolkit/choose-download/free-download-windows has the following link "Register & Download" (https://software.seek.intel.com/openvino-toolkit?os=windows) which opens a page that doesn't allow the toolkit to be downloaded - tried on Chrome/Firefox/Edge but appears the web form is broken.

Any suggestions?

RESOLVED: Kaspersky AV was blocking
