OpenVino: Configure the Model Optimizer

Hello,

I'm trying to install OpenVino in Windows 10. I install all dependencies correctly and without error.

In Model Optimizer configuration when I run the install_prerequisites.bat give me this error and i can't configure the model optimizer:
