Plugin errors on OpenVINO 2019 R2

I have been getting errors with Plugins while trying to run Store traffic monitor Reference Implementation on GPU. However, it was successfully executed with CPU device.

I faced similar issues with restricted zone notifier as well.

OS: Ubuntu 16.04

OpenVINO 2019 R2

Please look into it and provide the workaround, if there are any changes to be made while running the samples

Dear NNV, Adithya ,

First troubleshooting step to ask is, can you run one of the OpenVino samples on GPU ? If our OpenVino samples have no trouble running on GPU then your environment/OpenCL, etc is OK.  The only other issue is a paths problem - your app is not able to find the clDNN. If it's the latter problem, this can be a tricky problem to solve. Make sure your application links against all the required OpenVino libraries (*.so files and *.lib).
