Power consumption measurement in OpenVino

Hello, 

I am exploring OpenVino and somehow I couldn't find a power measurement tool in OpenVino.

Can you please tell me if there is a power measurement tool available, and if not then it will be really helpful if you can suggest me some external tool(s) that I can use to measure power while inferencing the models?

Can you help to explain a bit more about your objective? Are you trying to measure the computational power or how much energy (electricity) OpenVINO consumes during inference?
