Problems on how to start developing with OpenVINO

I have installed Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ toolkit for Windows* 10 following

the tutorial here : https://docs.openvinotoolkit.org/latest/_docs_install_guides_installing_openvino_windows.html

I finished installing and setting it up following all the steps and I then look through all the available demos at GitHub and came accross the smart classroom demo here :https://github.com/opencv/open_model_zoo/tree/master/demos/smart_classroom_demo

and extremely interested with it and would like to try to run the demo but I could not find any tutorial on how to run it and I am not proficient enough with cMake. Would like to ask if anybody would guide me with this issue.

Please follow the instructions in the below link to build the samples.

The sample programs come along with the toolkit.
