Python sample code can not finish on Windows OS.

Python sample code can not finish on Windows OS. But it can finish on Ubuntu16.04.

sample code as follows:

Dear Ishida, Ken,

Please study the Python Samples which come with OpenVino, located here:

inference_engine\samples\python_samples

Also please make sure you run setupvars.bat (or *.sh) under bin first.
