Solved: [Q] OpenVINO Movidius NCS Yocto support

Hi,

I see here that the Movidius NCS is not compatible with Yocto for the OpenVINO development. I wanted to know whether the support will be added and, if so, is there an ETA?

Hi Mattia,

We currently don't have YOCTO support for Movidius on our roadmap currently. However, I have created a new feature request and we will prioritize this based on the business need.

What errors/issues are you getting? Have you tried the new R5.0.1 SDK ?

Seems there is preview support for Ubuntu* 18.04, Yocto* Poky* 2.5 but not sure about NCS support.

EDIT - Sorry, actually this was under the R5 release notes..
