Raspberry running problems with yolov3

May I ask why the weight file (.xml) I downloaded from the official web page can run normally, but I cannot run the results generated by myself on Windows through openvino.

In addition, why is the resample layer of yolov3 not supported by NCS2?

The resample layer is now supported. Do you have the latest release of OpenVino installed ?
