Rectangular Pooling

Hi everyone, is rectangular pooling, like a 2x1 or others, supported?, what about the strides in pooling? The documentation just specifies "pooling" and it seems a bit generic.

@Ryose Rectangular pooling and the stride parameter for pooling are both supported. You can view the release notes at https://github.com/movidius/ncsdk/releases/tag/v1.12.00.01.
