Unable to download Intel Distro of OpenVino Toolkit

Hello!

I have been attempting to download the windows version the OpenVino Toolkit from,

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/openvino-toolkit-download.html

When I fill out the operating system, select online & offline, and select online for the install type, It shows a tone of information to the right but has no link to a download.

I have a few other people that are working on a project together and they all experienced the same issue, I searched the entire UI for a download button and could not find one.

I also did some research on what it should look like, and usually, it looks like there is a blue download button but it's just missing now for us.

I hope I'm not just making a simple mistake here, I have also disabled my ad blocker, tried it on multiple browsers, and attempted it at two different internet locations to no avail.

I have also attached an image of what it looks like for me when I attempt to download the file below.
