Unable to run smart classroom sample on GPU inside Docker

Getting below error while trying to execute smart classroom demo with GPU in Docker.
"failed to create engine: clGetPlatformIDs error -1001"

Created Docker file following the below process
https://docs.openvinotoolkit.org/latest/_docs_install_guides_installing_openvino_docker.html#building_docker_image_for_gpu

Installed Intel® Graphics Compute Runtime for OpenCL™ driver components, still getting error.
./install_NEO_OCL_driver.sh

Able to execute successfully in the host machine with out docker. Facing the issue only with Docker.

Please look into the issue.
