cannot find 0-8-1_a10dk_fp16_8x48_arch06.aocx

Hello again

I am trying to get FPGA working with the OpenVino. aocl diagnose works fine and i see it detecting Arria10 dev kit card but i cannot locate

"0-8-1_a10dk_fp16_8x48_arch06.aocx" to program the bit stream. Where do i find this ? I have both Quartus Pro software and RTE 17.1.

When i run the classification example with FPGA it cannot detect the platform and goes into Seg fault.
