convert onnx dynamic shape

Can it be converted into a dynamic shape in the Open vino?  

I want to convert the super-resolution model, but I think fixing the input form is not universal.

I think the document says no, but do you have any plans to apply in the future?

Using dynamic shape is currently not supported by OpenVINO. We cannot provide any information on the timeline or roadmap of the product.
