Hi Wei,
OpenVINO is free and R3 is covered underneath the Apache License and releases before R3 are handled underneath Intel Simplified Software License.
Kind Regards,

Hi,
I also has the same concern and glad to confirm it's free even for commercial usages.
However, I don't understand why we need to register to download OpenVINO with a serial number?
I've checked the license document shipped with the downloaded package, but they are too complicated for me to grasp.
And I would like to know: Can I download OpenVINO once, and use it on different machines?
BR,
Hiankun

Dear Tenn, Hian-Kun,
yes you should be able to download OpenVino once and use it on different machines. If you find that you are unable to do that, then it's a technical issue not a licensing one.
Thanks,
Shubha
