Usage scenario:

c# calls c++ openvino inference wrapper library.

test openvino version:

2021.4

Problems encountered:

During the call process is the c++ package library to decrypt the model loading and reasoning, but the execution of the reasoning, the program is abnormal exit, but in the pure c++ environment to carry out these processes is normal.

Question:

Why does openvino in-memory loading fail in the case of c# calls?
