"[Error 5] Toolkit Error: Stage Details Not Supported: Top Not Found module_apply_default/hub_input"

I get the above error when trying to run a retrained inception v3 model. I was able to run the example correctly so there is no problem with my setup. I found this similar discussion which states that this operation is not supported. Is there a workaround for this?
