Hi,

could you share:

  1. Which guide are you referring to and what version? (latest is version 11.0.0 )
  2. Did you use any proxy?
  3. Any chance that you tried to re-download that using different network connection?

Cordially,

Iffa

@Iffa_Intel  thanks for the quick response

Which guide are you referring to and what version? (latest is version 11.0.0 )

I'm using this guide "https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/technical/edge-software-device-qualification-aibox.html"

when i check this version 11.0.0 and tried to download the Intel® ESDQ for AI Box for Video Analytics      it redirects to another page so i was download from there

Did you use any proxy?

No

Any chance that you tried to re-download that using different network connection?

Yes I was tried and re-download multiple times with different network connection

Could you please provide the documentation link and download link of ESDQ 11.0.0

@Iffa_Intel

Still facing the same issue.I think the repository is expired or something because when i was check the below URL it show "release streams" in particularly the production section it says intel gives a support up-to 6 months.Why i assume like this because in "May" month i was successfully installed the ESDQ.Right-now i'm not able to install the ESDQ on the same machine and i tried to install multiple machines with multiple Internet connectivity also.Please help me to solve this issue
