[Tofino Switch]There is no response when the qsfp cable inserted into the server

When I use a cable to connect the Wedge 100B Switch  and server, there is no response.

In Wedge 100B Switch, OPR is DOWN, as follows:

Are you running into this issue when setting up a software package from Edge Software Hub? If so, could you please share which software package and a link to the documentation that you are following?
