Why my account can post topics, but can't reply any topics

Hello, I registered this account several years ago. Now I want to use this account to ask some question about Intel FPGA devices. I can post topics, however, I can't reply my topics. I tried to reply other topics, and I found that I can't answer any topics of this community. Why?

Can anybody help me about this question?
