Good day.
My customer would like to request FA support from Intel on the failure part (PN#EN6360QA) due to DC-DC converter IC cannot function to convert voltage during performing in house testing.
The failed ICs having solder flakes on pads. These solder flakes caused the IC's pad shorted after the SMT process and caused cust Module to be burnt and unable to turn on.
Therefore, they would like to request Intel support this FA and they are bought this part from Mouser Electronics.
Please help to review and advise how this FA request still valid or not.
