When I try logging in to SSCL, I get an “Access Denied” message, although I have completed the required enrollment procedure.
Attached is a screenshot of the error message.
What is the reason for the denied access?

May I know how this private information could be helpful, especially regarding the NIC-ID (MAC address)?
The issue is with accessing my (SSCL) account online and not with generating a license locally on my PC.
