Account Locked, Support will do nothing

Hello - 

I had to make a new account with an alternate email to even post here due to my actual account being locked. Support refuses to do anything, I've had two different tickets and both get closed just telling me to post on this forum (which I can't do if my account is locked!) 

I've even tried the account support form, which has an option for if your account is locked... and they closed that ticket too! What gives!

 

What the heck do I need to do to get my account unlocked??? Unbelievable.

May I know which account are you referring to? Intel general account or specific platform/website account?

Hello - I've tried all 3 of those methods. They enter a ticket which gets closed and I'm told to post here.

I've had to make a new account (again) because there's some wierd overlap between own intel uses microsoft account and my company does. 

 

The account that is locked is a legacy email before my company was purchased. I'm trying to transfer a license that is on a different email of somebody who left the company, but whos email is on that legacy domain.

 

The login fails as soon as I enter the emailed verification code. It's just a regular account, but I want to get Self-service licensing center access on it.

Noted on the account which is having issues logged in to Self-service licensing center.

That would be the general purpose account which is used to login across different webpages.


Due to the urgency request, I would suggest to use the phone channels to get in touch with our support based on your local site, which will provide you real-time support on the mention account issues.

Hello 

 

My account is still locked. I have contacted phone support and they gave me a few links which are directions to activate my account for azure. I've already tried those, and that's where my account is indicated as locked.

Hello,

I have the same problem. Lost my Login-Info and there is no way to renew/reset

the password. There is no link for doing that.Have to use the single-use-passcode

all the time.

And yes, the support simply has closed the ticket.  So I lost the access to all the

licenses of my company i once managed in the SSLC.  

Really unbelievable !!!

Need urgent help.
