Until 2018, I accessed "https://fpgasupport.intel.com/Licensing/license/index.html" to use QUARTUS, MODELSIM, etc.
However, after the site was renewed, I recreated my account and logged in, but none of my license information is visible.

you need to re-generate your license again using the same NIC ID/ MAC ID you registered previously.
