Bought Arria V Starer kit from Digi-Key but did not come with license

I bought an Arria V starter kit from Digi-key (DK-START-5AGXB3N) but it did not come with a license for Quartus. Intel website clearly states that it comes with " 1-year license for the Quartus® Prime design software". Now Digi-Key is giving me the run-around and I have an idle FPGA and idle engineer.

Please help !

Ideally you could contact Intel(Altera) Sales and inquire about your license along with your purchase invoice. They should be able to help you with the license request .

You could also visit the following link and see if you can register for an Intel account and generate a valid license for your software:
