Can the parallel studio(specifically Intel MPI, MKL) and HPCC be compiled with avx512 instruction set?

Can the parallel studio(specifically Intel MPI, MKL) and HPCC be compiled with avx512 instruction set?

I am trying to compile and run HPC Challenge(HPCC). Currently I am using default configuration. I want to compile programs with avx512 to further improve the performance.

My processor is Intel Xeon Silver 4210 @ 2.20GHz, which supports avx512. As far as I know, I need to compile MKL, Intel MPI, and HPCC with avx512 to achieve the highest performance. I have checked the https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-mpi-library-compatibility-among-intel-xeon-processors-intel-xeon-phi-x100 and found only avx512 compatibility for Intel Phi MIC. May I ask if the intel parallel studio and HPCC can be compiled with avx512? If yes, how?
