FPGA Software License Center Crashes

The registration wizard at this URL: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/secure/forms/fpga-sslc-registration.html

appears to be crashing on my Linux machine for both Chrome and Firefox, as well as in Chrome on Android.

 

Is anyone else able to get through the registration?
