Hello, I am just trying to transfer a license of Intel Parallel Studio XE 2016 Update 1 Composer Edition for Fortran Windows from one person to another person. Can you help me with that?

I tried to pull license from my account by entering the license I want to pull. However, it could not find the product. Although we both account are in the same email domain, I could not find the product and transfer the license. Is there any other way to transfer the license from one person to another?
