Can you upgrade your design to Q18.1 version and try to download the latest release Q18.1 version?

I need 11.1 becouse in School use hardware wich is supported only at 11.1. It is old HW.

Can you try again, Q11.1 should have fixed. There are still some older version of Quartus still not fixed.
