How to obtain a license file for IP-TRIETHERNET

It seems the licensing page doesnt accept the validation code sent to us. And the product page doesnt recognize the IP. So how exactly are we supposed to obtain a license file with our validation code for the ip purchase ?

and in the search IT DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THE ACTIVATION CODE

To get started with licensing your product(s), perform the following steps:

1. Log on to the Self Service Licensing Center at https://fpgasupport.intel.com/AlteraLicensing/license/index.html using your myIntel account.
2. View your product(s) on the Products and Users page.
3. Click on Create New License and select the product(s) you would like to license.
4. See note 3 below for more information about product delivery.

To see your training credit(s), perform the following steps:

1. Log on to the Training Service Licensing Center at https://fpgasupport.intel.com/Training/registeredClassesView.html using your myIntel account.
2. Click on View Training Credit Availability.
3. Select your Training Credit Code which is your License Activation Code (LAC#) available in this email.

Notes:

1. License renewal for your Quartus software products must be applied no later than 90 days from your original software maintenance expiration date.
2. If your product(s) is not visible in the Self-Service Licensing Center, you must activate them through the Products and Users page. The License Activation Code (LAC#) is available in this email. For instructions on how to activate a product(s) license, visit the Altera Licensing page at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/training/demonstrations/online/licensin...
3. To download the latest version of the Intel® Quartus® Prime software including Intel® FPGA IP, visit the Download Center page at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/downloads/download-center.html. Some Intel FPGA IP products are not delivered in the combined release with Quartus Prime Software. These products are delivered via our Self Service Licensing Center. Once you log on to the Self-Service Licensing Center and look at the row for your entitlement, you will see icons for Windows and/or Linux in the ‘Operating System’ column. Select one of the icons to invoke the download process. If your product is not visible in the Self-Service Licensing Center, it may need to be activated. See note 2 above for more information.
