How to remove Questa license

It is about Questasim*-Intel FPGA Starter Edition license.

It was my failure when I selected floating type of license instead of selecting fixed type.

Now I need to remove this floating license (to be able then ask for a fixed one).

You may obtain the the fixed node license in SSLC website.
