I can't login to access Quartus sortware??

Hi. I've been trting for a few days now to gain access to Quartus software. I go to the downloads page and then am prompted to login but no matter how many times I reset my password it won't let me login (even if I'm already logged in).

I CAN login (using the same information) in other places on your website. but not for the Quartus download! This is VERY frustrating. Can someone please tell me how to proceed!

Can you clear the browser cache memory and try.

Hi. I'm having the same problems now with the Quartus Prime Device Files (.qdz). I've managed to download the software (thanks for that) but still can't get it working without these!

2. I can't replicate the log in issue. follow the below steps and see if it is working

• Clear browser history & browser cache.
• Open google chrome with http://fpgasoftware.intel.com/ and log in and try to download.

I have created three separate accounts trying to login to your website and I have tried multiple browsers as well as clearing the cache on my chrome browser. My user information is not recognised (I have attached a photo). And before you ask that is 100% the correct login information! I have followed ALL of your advice and am still in the same position!
