Licence Activation Code Delivery Time?

Hi

We have purchased both SW-QUARTUS-SE-FLT and IPT-DSPBUILDER via the website.

Today I have received a LAC for DSP Builder but nothing regarding the Quartus licence. Quartus is not visible on the self service licence centre.

 

Is Quartus processed via a different mechanism?

I am wondering how long we need to allow for the LAC to arrive.

Welcome to INTEL forum. Apologize for the inconvenience happen. From my understanding the license activation code LAC will be delivered via email to the register purchaser. You could also contact your nearest Intel sales person or distributor regarding your purchase.
