License Generated for Questa Starter Edition does not work

As many other users have experienced I'm having trouble with license I've generated.

There are issue with Questa license generated recently.
I believe that the issue has been resolved.

Please help to apply again Questa license in Self Service Licensing Center https://licensing.intel.com/ ?
