License for MaxPlus

I am trying to generate a license for MaxPlus software.

The link to license generation is a follows

The link for getting a license is broken!

I have also gone to the license for university students, and applied for a license and have yet to recieve one.

I retried and was able to get to the following address.

I have requested a new license, and am awaiting an email.

I have learned that the Quartus tools include a MaxPlus license.  Is this in all versions, or just the paid versions?
