Hi @robinr

Welcome to INTEL forum. Based on my understanding, the variation in the operating system build and the unsupported platform can lead to certain functionalities working, while others may not be compatible or functional. Our team will not allocate resources towards troubleshooting or identifying issues.

For Questa, we strongly advise using the appropriate operating system.

i would assume that intel knows that if a system is binary 1:1 that it is in fact identical...

and why do you send me mail from a "noreply" address where you ask me if my question where answeared. no it was not, it was just a standard template copy-pasta that shows incompetence. i have a operating system that is said to be supported. this lack of interest from intel sucks.

Hi

Apologize for the no-reply address mail, as per my understanding it was an auto deploy. To continue the discussion, as stated above the AlmaLinux was not tested in Questa before and further clarification with engineering team is require.

Could you provide details for checking?
